{Pasta bake}

En el mercado
1 y 1/3 tazas de macaroni secos
2 tazas de salsa de tomate
2/3 tazas de pur茅 de coliflor cocido
2/3 tazas de pur茅 de br贸coli cocido
1/2 8 ounce de salsa de tomate enlatada
2 cucharadas de queso Parmesano rallado
2 cucharadas de crema batida (opcional)
1 y 1/3 tazas de queso Mozzarella en hebras
En la cocina
1) Precalentar el horno a 350 degrees F.
2) In a large pot cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and return to pot.
3) Stir in pasta sauce, cauliflower, broccoli, tomato sauce, Parmesan, whipping cream, and 1 cup of the mozzarella.
4) Transfer to a 2-quart square or rectangular baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
5) Bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes or until heated through.

{Basic corn muffins}

1 taza de harina de ma铆z (cornmeal)
1 taza de harina com煤n (all-purpose flour)
1/3 taza de az煤car blanca (white sugar)
2 cucharitas de t茅 de polvo de hornear (baking powder)
1/2 cucharitas de t茅 de sal (salt)
1 huevo, batido (egg, beaten)
1/4 taza de aceite de canola (canola oil)
1 taza de leche (milk)
En la cocina
1) Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
2) Grease muffin pan or line with paper muffin liners.
3) In a large bowl, mix together corn meal, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
4) Add egg, oil and milk; stir gently to combine.
5) Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.
6) Bake at 200 degrees C for 15 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into a muffin comes out clean.

1 egg white
3 tablespoons water
3/4 cup shredded zucchini
1/2 cup chopped remolacha en lata (canned beets)
2 tablespoons canola oil
En la cocina
1) Combine half corn-muffin mix with egg white and water.
2) Stir in shredded zucchini and beets.
3) Heat canola oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
4) Drop batter by the tablespoon in hot canola oil.
Cook 2 minutes; turn and cook 1 to 2 minutes more, until browned.
