A light and delicious salad filled with orzo, fresh mozzarella cubes, tomatoes and basil. Definitely a new favorite and so simple!
Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 10 minutes
Total Time 15 minutes
Ingredients
1 cup orzo pasta uncooked
8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese balls cubed
2 plum tomatoes chopped
1/4 cup basil fresh, chopped
garlic salt to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1) Cook orzo as directed on box. Drain and let cool.
2) Place pasta, tomatoes, basil and cheese cubes in a large boil. Add salt and olive oil and gently mix until all the ingredients are coated with the oil.
